Active Check Summary screen: Our RCK platform provides clients with the ability to review Totals on the Home Page. Clicking on a Status allows the Merchant to view the details for that status. The home page on the platform is known as the Active Check Summary.
First Re-presentment report screen: Clicking on the Status on the Active Check Summary page will show the details below. Clicking on the Tracking ID will show the details for the specific Return Item.
Check Detail page screen: Our Check Detail page provides full details on returns. There is a location for history of changes as well as an image of the original returned item.
Return Check Search screen: Clicking on the Return Check Search button on the Active Check Summary page allows you to use different search criteria to find the Return Item you are looking for.
