User Maintenance screen: Our Customer Service Application allows our clients to maintain users, add companies/locations and even create a new user.
Transaction lookup screen: Client’s can easily navigate throughout the application to search transactions. Our client’s will also have the ability to sort by person, transaction information, start/end date and much more.
Report generation screen: The reporting feature can be sorted by a start/end date, location, account type or status.
Transaction report screen: The Application also allows our clients to download daily reports of not only credit card but ACH as well.

Customer detail screen: Our Manager Site allows the Client to input as much or little information as needed. This Customer Lookup tab will also allow the person to select Details to view full transaction details on that specific transaction.
