What is Ea$yDraft's Web Pay platform?
Ea$yDraft’s Web Pay platform allows your customers to make payments online via a secure customized web payment page. The web payment page allows the customer to make either one time or recurring payments and to choose the payment type. (i.e., Credit Card or Electronic Check)

Does Ea$yDraft let me process recurring payments?
Yes, we welcome recurring payments by our merchants. Customers set up recurring payments quickly and easily. After set up, Ea$yDraft bills your customers automatically on the schedule you’ve established, debiting their credit card or their checking account to meet their preferences. We do not charge extra to use our recurring payments platform. One of the most important features of our recurring payment platform is that all your customer data is stored by Ea$yDraft which is fully PCI compliant, adhering to the strictest standards of data security established by the card associations.
How does Ea$yDraft recurring payments system work?
Via our secure web payment pages customers can quickly and securely set up a recurring payment. Customers create a username and password that admits them to our secure web page. Once authenticated, customers can create automated payments to pay the Merchant by credit card and/or electronic checks.
What credit card types are offered to Merchants?
Merchants are automatically set up to process VISA and MasterCard transactions. To accept American Express, Discover, JCB, Carte Blanche, and Diner's Club by choosing those card types on the Merchants application.
What type of bank account does the Merchant need?
Merchants are required to have a business checking account. The bank must allow this account to be credited and debited via ACH methods.
What is required to accept credit cards on the Internet?
To accept credit cards through the Internet a Merchant account is required, as well as a secure payment gateway. With most processors, the gateway is an extra feature provided by a third-party service, not by the bank. However Ea$yDraft includes both the merchant account and the gateway. This allows transactions to be sent through the Internet in real time.
How secure are Internet transactions with Ea$yDraft?
Internet transactions with Ea$yDraft are very secure. First of all Ea$yDraft is audited to be fully compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (i.e., PCI). Payment information from customers are encrypted before they are sent with SSL encryption. SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer. This technology is designed to encrypt the text sent from the merchant web site and then decrypt the information on the other side (eg., the Ea$yDraft processing network).
What is a payment gateway?
Secure payment gateway companies help processors conduct secure business on the internet using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. EasyDraft uses its own payment gateway, as well as, other secure payment gateway companies.
Payment Gateways provide a system that passes credit card data, authorization requests, and authorization responses over the internet using encryption technology.
The transaction information is sent by the Payment Gateway secure server to the credit card network where the validity of the card is checked and the availability of funds on that account is verified. An authorization code is returned to the Payment Gateway; the authorization is encrypted by the Payment Gateway and transmitted in encrypted form to the web server of the merchant, which triggers fulfillment of the order.
Note: In most cases when using the Ea$yDraft Payment Gateway, there are no fees. Therefore, the only costs are those associated with the actual credit card transactions.
Will my business receive a statement that reports on the transactions processed?
Ea$yDraft understands merchants rely on our reporting services to account for the transactions that are processed. Transaction reports are available in a variety of forms.
Merchants will receive a Monthly Statement that summarizes all credit card and debit card processing activity. These are emailed automatically at the beginning of each month.
Online transaction reporting is available for all services providing up to the minute detailed information that Merchants utilize to confirm payments, identify processing problems, and other issues.
